Free delivery in the Netherlands
We deliver our furniture to your home for free*. Always check if the furniture fits through doors and stairs or in the elevator before placing an order. Please note that you are responsible for renting a goods lift if necessary. If the furniture does not fit through the doors, staircases, or into the elevator upon delivery, we will deliver it up to the first threshold.
Please note: transport costs will be charged for delivery to the Wadden Islands.
The costs for the assembly of your furniture are 59 euros. Your furniture will be professionally assembled and we will take the packaging material with us.
The delivery costs for Belgium are 50 euros. Delivery and installation costs 99 euros for our Belgian customers.
The delivery rate for other countries within Europe is on request. Please contact us at [email protected].
*Free delivery only applies to the first delivery attempt. If no one is home or the delivery is not accepted, the second and subsequent delivery attempts will be at the customer's expense. The cost for these attempts is 100 euros per delivery attempt.
Conditions for returns
Online purchases can be registered for return within 14 days after delivery of the product. From that moment you have 14 days to return the product. The condition is that the item is unused and undamaged and as far as possible in the original packaging.
Custom-made, outlet and store-bought products are non-returnable.
Products that have been ordered or made specifically for a customer cannot be returned, such as custom-made tables or chairs upholstered on request.
If a product is returned to us damaged, incomplete or not at all, the cost of repair and recovery will be borne by the customer.
Cost of returns
The shipping costs for returning a product are for the customer.
Costs return table: 175 euros
Costs return sofa: 225 euros
Costs for returning a chair: 75 euros and 10 euros extra for each extra seat
For other furniture: price on request
You can of course also arrange the return transport yourself. In this case, make an appointment with us for a moment when the product can be returned.
Tip: always send a return shipment with a tracking number and keep this number until the shipment has been credited. This way you always have proof of shipment if it turns out that a shipment has not arrived.
