Shipping & returns
Free delivery in the Netherlands
We deliver our furniture free of charge* to your home. Always check whether the furniture fits through doors, stairways, or in the elevator before placing an order. You are responsible for renting a moving/freight elevator if needed. If the furniture does not fit through doors, stairways, or in the elevator upon delivery, we will deliver to the first threshold.
Assembly costs for your furniture: €89. Your furniture will be professionally assembled and we will take the packaging material with us.
Please note: for delivery to the Wadden Islands, transport costs will be charged.
*Free delivery does not apply to sale items and vintage/young design furniture. Free delivery only applies to the first delivery attempt. Each additional attempt costs €75.
Delivery outside the Netherlands
- Belgium: delivery €50. Delivery + assembly: €129. Delivery to Belgium may take longer than the delivery time stated on the order confirmation.
- Other European countries: rate on request via [email protected].
Return conditions
- Register your return within 14 days after delivery.
- You then have another 14 days to send the product back.
- The item must be unused, undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.
- Not returnable: vintage, young design, custom-made, outlet, and in-store purchases.
- Special orders or custom-made products (e.g. custom tables or specially upholstered chairs) cannot be returned.
- If a product is returned damaged or incomplete, repair costs will be charged to the customer.
- For business customers, no right of withdrawal or cooling-off period applies. Business purchases cannot be cancelled or returned.
Return costs
The shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer:
- Table (NL): €175
- Sofa (NL): €225
- Chair (NL): €75 + €10 per additional chair
- Other furniture and international returns: price on request
You can also arrange the return transport yourself. In that case, please make an appointment with us for a suitable time.
Tip: always send return shipments with a tracking number and keep this until the return has been processed.
