Delivery time depends on the product and whether it is available from stock or made to order. Each product page on our website shows the expected delivery time.

Vintage furniture

Vintage furniture follows a different process than our new collections. Many vintage pieces are located in one of our showrooms. We therefore prefer collection in person.

Would you like your vintage item to be delivered? This is possible in consultation and at an additional cost. Delivery time depends on the location of the piece and the delivery address. In some cases, the item must first be transported to our warehouse in Westzaan before delivery can take place.

Products in stock

If a product is in stock, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. We ship from our warehouse in Westzaan. Depending on the carrier, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery appointment.

 

Made to order products

If a product is made especially for you or ordered on request, the delivery time is generally 6 to 10 weeks.

Sofas usually have a delivery time of 8 to 10 weeks. Some chair models may have a longer delivery time. The expected delivery time is always stated on the product page.

Delivery and transport

We ship from our own warehouse in Westzaan. Depending on the order and delivery address, we deliver with our own transport, DHL or an external carrier.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handed over to the carrier. You will then be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.

If delivered by our own transport service, we will arrange the delivery date directly with you.

Indicative delivery time

The delivery time shown on the website and in your order confirmation is an estimated delivery week. This timeframe is indicative. We depend on our suppliers and transport partners, and delays may occur.

Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation of the agreement, unless required by law.

Delivery to Belgium may take longer than the indicated delivery time.

 

Outlet/sale furniture

A different procedure applies to outlet and sale furniture. We do not offer delivery for outlet and sale furniture.

You collect the item yourself from the location where it is stored. Would you like to have the item transferred to another location or arrange your own transport? Please contact us in advance.
