Bar stools come in two common seat heights:
- Counter height (65–70 cm) – ideal for a kitchen island or high dining table.
- Bar height (75–80 cm) – perfect for a real bar or high counter.
When choosing your stool, pay attention to your tabletop height: there should be around 25–30 cm of space between the seat and the underside of the table for optimal comfort.
