We make furniture designed to last. However, issues can occur. If they do, we will resolve them properly.

Inspection upon delivery

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you notice a defect or damage, inform us as soon as possible. Do this no later than 7 days after discovering the issue.

Preferably include photos via [email protected]. This allows us to assist you more quickly.

Warranty period

  • Private customers: 2-year warranty.
  • Business customers: 1-year warranty.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If your claim is valid

If your claim falls within the warranty period and is approved, we will offer an appropriate solution. This may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund of the invoice value

We determine which solution is most appropriate in your situation.

What is not covered

The warranty does not apply if the defect is caused by:

  • Improper use
  • Incorrect maintenance
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear

Natural materials

Our furniture is made of wood and other natural materials. Wood may expand or contract, and small variations in colour and texture are normal characteristics of the material. These are not covered by warranty.
